About Harald

Helping you be who you want to be

When I managed my post-dance career transition some 15 years back, I didn’t know what to expect.

I was 7 when I started with classical ballet training full-time,  added performing on a big stage shortly after that and quit dancing as a profession when I was 33. Ending my active dance career was a choice because I was ready for new adventures.

I would say that my career transition went smoothly and still, it took me years to acknowledge my inner needs and become aware of all the qualities that I could bring to my work off-stage.

Career change as a dancer doesn’t have to be a guessing game. Let me help you speed up the process and gain momentum.

During that time, I felt tired of hearing well meant, but superficial advice that didn’t take into account who I was nor my specific experiences. I felt tired of feeling like I had to change my natural way of addressing my work in order to fit in.

Today I know better and that’s how “Me In Ten Years” came about. I don’t want you to make the same mistakes (or learning experiences 🙂 ) that I had to make to get to where I wanted to be.

Me In Ten Years offers a result driven and service minded approach to support you in your career development on-stage  and off-stage.

Me In Ten Years offers a safe, confidential and non-competitive space, where there is no-one there to judge, but a team of both givers and recipients.

Discover fulfillment in your career development and let me and the Me In Ten Years network help you get there faster, more precisely and with a bit of fun.
